How does it work?

The mechanism by which a person can benefit from this product is similar, but at the same time slightly different depending on what source of energy your body uses primarily.

Fat metabolism

Thanks to the Hybrid PIP product, which also contains a small amount of rapidly absorbed carbohydrates without an unwanted insulin response, the body can also involve glucose metabolism and thus function hybridly.

How to use the product?

In order to get the most out of the product, we recommend mixing the dose(15-30g) in 300-400 ml of water about 20-60 minutes before training. This time is very important and necessary. It is essential that the body has enough time to absorb all the nutrients and substances that we have just provided.

If we look at the dosage, which we set at 30g for more advanced athletes and 15g for beginners, it is clear that this product has a really maxed out, top-notch composition and for optimal performance, all components must be processed before activity.

Otherwise some components may start to work at the end of the workout or even after the workout, which is not ideal.

Therefore, give your body time and wait until you are ready for training.


We put a lot of energy into the formulation and testing of this product, nothing is a coincidence. Therefore, the recommended amount of water has its justification as well.

Hydration has a huge effect on performance so we recommend drinking at least 200-300ml of water for a 15g dose and 300-400ml for a 30g dose to promote intramuscular hydration

Direction of use

For trained professional athletes, use 2 scoops (about 30 g) g mixed with 300 - 400 ml of water 20 - 60 minutes before and during the training. Do not exceed 1 serving per day. For people who start exercising, use 1 scoop (about 15 g) mixed with 200-300 ml of water 20-60 minutes before and during the training process.  Do not exceed 1 serving per day. It is recommended to drink plenty of water or a performance drink during training. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation attributed to beta-alanine.
